Corporate Fitness Classes can range from 30 minutes to 75 minutes. It all depends on the type of class and the company’s needs.

The price for corporate services is always customized to your budget. We will work with you to provide a program that fits your needs and your budget.

A health fair is an event that we plan for you to last anywhere from 2 hours to a full day, with offerings such as stations for health measurement, stretching sessions, fit foods, and other health and wellness oriented activities. We’ll discuss your ideas and your budget, and we will design the fair to meet your needs.

Regular personal training sessions can take place at our main fitness center in McLean, VA, your office exercise facility, or your home, with the option to train virtually via Zoom, FaceTime, etc.

All personal training sessions are set for 45 minutes. We do offer longer sessions upon request.

No, 4 is the maximum amount of people for a single group so that trainer can give more personalized attention to each participant. 

Our personal trainer(s) will help motivate and educate you, and most importantly they will make sure your workout is done in a safe and proper manner.

Yes, our trainers work with senior citizens, those who are pregnant, and those who are in cardiac rehabilitation or recovering from an injury.

Yes, all of our personal trainers are certified with strict requirements on continuing education. F4EB prides itself on hiring only the most qualified and knowledgeable trainers in their field.

Our certified massage therapists offer a variety of massages that include: Deep Tissue, Pressure Point, Hot Stone, and Thai.

Absolutely nothing! We have everything including the table, linens, music, and everything needed for your massage.

No, customers can choose to do either the nutritional service, the personal training, or both. (In some cases, both services might be recommended.)
