There are several reasons why people prefer to share a training session. We recognize this and now offer Partner training. Similarly to One-on-one/Individual training we customize a program to meet the needs of BOTH individuals. Partners train TOGETHER during their session. However, since partners are not always at the same fitness level we may tweak the programs to meet each individual’s needs during the SAME training session!

We make HOME visits as well as OFFICE visits. Don’t have equipment? Don’t worry about it, we’ve got that covered! We’ll help you complete that home gym and advise you on equipment to purchase: ranging from heavy work-out equipment like treadmills and All-in-One stations; to the EASY equipment such as dumbbells and core/ab balls.
